Francesco de Guelmi graduated in Law from the University of Ferrara and has been a member of the Bar Association of the Province of Bolzano since 2005.

His main areas of specialization include:

• Inheritance law, with assistance in the planning and management phases of legal and bureaucratic aspects post mortem
• Contractual law, in particular real estate management (sales contracts, residential and commercial leases, eviction proceedings)
• Debt collection, from the monitoring phase to the executive phase
• Support administration and management in problems related to vulnerable people
• Accidents and compensation for damages

Since 2009 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the CAF ACLI of Bolzano and since 2016 he has been Vice President of the Association for Support Administration of Bolzano, where he deals with legal consultancy and training.

Since 2019 member of the Board of Directors of the Teatro Cristallo in Bolzano
