Enrico Colasanti

Enrico Colasanti graduated in Business Economics and Management from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. He has been registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the Province of Bolzano and in the National Register of Legal Auditors since 2013.

His main areas of expertise include:

• Ordinary and extraordinary corporate administration, with particular attention to governance systems for small and medium-sized enterprises and family businesses
• Management of generational transition and business succession planning
• Real estate taxation
• Administration and management of private assets and succession planning

He is a member of the Boards of Directors and Boards of Auditors of joint-stock companies, including those with public participation, as well as of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

His experience includes collaborations with the international consultancy firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and with tax consultancy firms.
