Andrea Cannarsa

Andrea Cannarsa graduated in Law from the University of Bologna and was admitted to practice law in 1995. Since 2009 he has been registered in the Special Register of Attorneys before the Higher Courts.

He has gained consolidated experience in the field of civil law with specific experience in the following sectors:

• Labour law providing assistance to companies in managing disputes with personnel, in establishing and managing agency relationships and any other form of working collaboration
• Private and corporate contracts
• Insurance law, civil liability and damages compensation
• Consumer Code, providing assistance to companies in the analysis and management of contractual disputes with customers, with solid experience in the sector automotive
